All items ship once customization is completed and the item has passed quality control checks. Goods ship via method chosen by customer at checkout. Makeaball reserves the right to adjust the ship method if the selected method is not compatible with the supplied address. An example would be switching from UPS Ground to USPS Priority in the instance of a PO box being provided as the delivery address.
Non-custom items are expected to ship from our warehouse in 2-3 business days.
In the event an item is marked as delivered and the customer has not received the package, please contact the local post office or UPS. Once a case has been opened please contact us so we can relay this case number to our respective reps at UPS and USPS.
