We will reconsider any termination of products and/or services pending a review. We may terminate our products or services based on periodic reviews of partner activities with regards to the sale or distribution or use of our products.
We take seriously the unauthorized use of our intellectual property including our designs, our site tools and our processes. No partner should disclose any information or use such information without alerting us in writing.
We will not supply products or services to any third party which directly competes with us on the internet, sells for a price lower than our advertised price (including shipping, design or additional fees), or uses our images and design ‘aesthetic’ in their own marketing, without prior knowledge, and we reserve the right to terminate our supply or products and/or services to any third party we believe is in violation for any reason, without advance notice.
Our products should not be resold on Amazon, Etsy or other independent seller website which aren’t selling at least 90% other products in either volume or dollar amount, without our prior consent.
